Jeff Cohen is a Human Resources consultant and executive coach. For three years, he was President of Shomrei Torah, an Orthodox shul in Fairlawn, New Jersey. As a Baal Teshuvah, Jeff imagined a podcast that presents real-life stories of how growth-oriented people from diverse points along the Jewish and non-Jewish spectra have found their way to Jewish observance. This is that podcast, and this is his story.
