Nissim Black’s journey to Judaism is one of the most unlikely stories you’ll ever hear. He was born to two rappers, and lived in a home where drugs and violence were the norms. He also practised Islam and Christianity before he found what he was looking for – Torah Judaism. His spiritual journey is intertwined with his musical one. He’s a rapper with a spiritual message that originates in Judaism’s holy books. He recently sat down with Saturday to Shabbos host Jeff Cohen to discuss his life, and to treat an audience in Fair Lawn, New Jersey to a live set of his songs.
Saturday to Shabbos is a Tachlis Media podcast. Learn more at tachlismedia.com
